Fruit, mainly hand-picked apples and pears, are (cold) pressed throughout the year at the fruit processing sites. Where possible the fruit is locally sourced and exclusively pressed for our customers. We mostly produce fresh, cloudy fruit juice containing plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but semi-clear or clear juices are also possible. Whatever the process, you can count on us for the necessary in-depth quality control.

There is a correct approach to processing any type of beverage. Homogenisation, flash pasteurisation, filtration (crossflow, plate or candle filters), deaeration of beverages, mixing and blending of powders, aseptic or handling frozen, raw materials. You name it, we do it. We also work with specific ingredients such as tea, oxygen-sensitive beverages, syrups and high gravity blends. Through fermentation, we can offer an alcohol percentage between 0 and 96%. We can even make your juices crystal clear or with pulp. The combinations are endless.
